애니메이션, 만화, 라이트노벨, 게임 등의 리뷰나 감상문을 인터넷에 올릴 때 어떻게 제목을 지을까? 필자뿐만 아니라 많은 사람들이 한 번쯤은 이러한 고민을 안고 있을 것이라 생각한다. 그렇기 때문에 나름 필자가 생각한 방법에 대해 적어보았다.
제목은 참 중요한 것 같다.
글 쓰는 내용을 한 문장으로 요약하고, 많은 사람들이 글 내용을 보기보다는 글 내용의 제목을 먼저 보기때문에, 글 제목도 신중히 생각해서 만들어야 하는 것은 아닌가? 하고 생각한다. 무엇보다 글의 내용이 읽고 싶은지에 대한 호기심을 유발하는 타이틀을 잘 정하는 것 중요한 것 같다.

관심 있는 애니메이션, 라이트노벨, 만화의 제목, 캐릭터의 대사, 그때 유행한 노래의 제목 등으로 제목을 짓고 싶어!
가능할까?
이 질문에 대한 답은 가능하지만, 완전한 제목 베끼기는 위험하다입니다.
왜?
미국 같은 경우에는 제목이 비슷하기만 해도 소송이 걸린다고 한다.
예시로 죠죠의 기묘한 모험 등장인물의 스탠드는 일본에서 록 뮤지션, 메탈 뮤지션 등 음악인의 이름 및 앨범과 곡의 이름을 그대로 따왔고 일본 내에서는 문제가 없었지만, 죠죠의 기묘한 모험이 영어권으로 정식으로 수출되었을 때 카피라이트★copyright★, 저작권에 걸려서 그랬는지 몰라도, 이름을 바꿨다고 한다.
여기서 알 수 있는 점은 영어권에서는 이름이나 제목의 저작권에 상당히 엄격하다는 것이다.
